24-Hour Campfire   The guys at "the fire" get a little rambunctious at times in their discussions on politics and religion, but when it comes to knowing guns, hunting, optics and the outdoors, you'll find a load of information here.

CharlesAlsheimer.com -- Charles Alsheimer   Charlie is the world's best when it comes to photographing whitetail deer, and one of the best in observing and interpreting whitetail behavior. Plus, he sets the standard for anyone who speaks professionally at wild game dinners.

StrictlyWhitetails.com -- Brian Miller  The website of Brian Miller, a Michigan guy who loves whitetails (and walleyes.) If your club is looking for a speaker on whitetail hunting, Brian has lots to offer, and he'll offer it like he's a close friend.

AnimalisticsTrapping.com -- Darin Freeborough -- Without a doubt Darin is one of the best at trapping the eastern coyote. He demonstrates many of his personal techniques in his popular instructional video. He puts on a great seminar, too. For canine trapping, Darin is your man. 

JackPaluh.com  – Jack Paluh  If you've seen Jack's artwork, you'll remember it. Jack is known for his series on eastern Indian hunting themes, and his military heritage series. He's an inspired artist who lives in nearby Waterford, PA. Jack also has another website that highlights his original art work at www.paluhoriginals.com. 

GeraldPutt.com -- Gerald W. Putt  is an internationally acclaimed wildlife artist   who grew up in the small, quiet, central Pennsylvania town of Boiling Springs where the ducks on the lake inspired him at a young age. Today, Gerry is always in competition for duck stamps, and often takes the prize.

GrizzlyGary.com -- Gary Wert  is the host of a regional talk radio show called "Grizzly Gary's Goin' Fishin' & Huntin'."  Gary is a real entertainer, and always has interesting guests. Check out his website for message forums, archived shows, and the growing list of stations the show is broadcast on.

North American Whitetail  -- www.northamericanwhitetail.com/  My first article in NAW was about a "Booner" buck from remote Forest County, PA. Since then I've published several more, and usually have an article for NAW in the works. It's a great magazine for whitetail hunting stories. The best stories feature successful whitetail strategies applied in real life.

Bear Hunting Magazine -- www.bear-hunting.com/  If you're a bear hunting enthusiast, nothing is better. It's not just a bunch of "first bear" stories. It includes biology, natural history, destinations, and much more. I'm always thinking about articles to write  for this magazine.

MikeHanback.com/  About Mike Hanback's "Big Deer Blog," there's not much to say except that Mike is about as passionate about big bucks as anyone. Get your down-to-earth deer hunting info here. 

Midwest Whitetails   This is the website of  Bill Winke, a name that serious deer hunters who read the deer hunting magazines know.  Good stuff here including lots of good video footage. 

Smokey's Deer Lure  Hunters using Smokey's have won the Ohio Valley Big Buck contest three years in a row. My friend Jim Riggle used Smokey's preorbital gland lure to take a B&C non-typical in Forest County, PA. (See North American Whitetail article "The 12,000 Mile Obsession."

DeerFever.com  I don't know much about this site, but it looks good. And with a name like "Deer Fever," it has to be good.
